Over the years, me and my team have helped more than 100 families design homes that fit their lives, their budgets, and their dreams. And through all of that, there are two things I’ve come to absolutely hate about this industry;

First — the budget. I’ve heard so many stories of families working with architects or designers, only to get a massive shock when they start getting quotes from contractors. Suddenly, the dream home costs double what they were told it would. It’s heartbreaking, and it happens way too often.

Secondly — the lack of a cohesive vision. Walking into a home, a home someone worked hard to afford, and knowing with just a glance that they could have had so much more. A better layout. A smarter flow. A design that truly fits their life. All if they’d just had the right guidance from the start.
