The Home Design Kickstarter empowers homeowners to confidently move forward with their projects. After completing the Home Design Kickstarter, you will have a clear, actionable design plan, giving you the tools to make informed decisions, source materials, and execute your vision independently. With a solid foundation and strategic guidance, you can navigate the design process with confidence, from managing contractors to finalising your style, without the overwhelm.
If you're a DIYer, the Home Design Kickstarter will give you the foundation for success, and no further services would be needed. If you're not a DIYer, it will provide us with the insights needed to support you with tailored home design services:

Design Refinement
If your project need more development, we then spend a few additional weeks to refine your design to perfection and create 3D visualisations and additional detailed drawings

Council Approval
This will be required if you you want make any additions or structural alterations to your home.

Construction Drawings
This set of drawings helps communicate your design clearly to the builder and allows better budget control before construction.

Interior Design
Planning furniture, decor, and small items can be fun but overwhelming. We're here to assist if needed.
STEP 4
Coaching & Project Management
It’s up to you how involved we are in your building process. You have the option to enlist our services as Project Managers, or you can conduct an Owner Build.
This will be an easy decision to make once we’ve conducted your Home Design Kickstarter. If you do choose to have us manage your project, you can rest assured because we’ve built up a solid reputation as a South African Residential Architecture Firm. Our team will do an excellent job managing your build!

Project Coaching
If you prefer to Owner Build your home, we can coach you weekly through your construction process so that you have expert advice at hand to help you save time and not make costly mistakes.
