The homeowners were eager to transform their 1970s-style home into something fresh and inviting while renovating their kitchen and creating an outdoor entertainment area complete with a pool and fire-pit. They wanted a space that felt cohesive, functional, and reflective of their modern lifestyle.

The Narrate Architects team took on the challenge, reimagining the home’s entrance, study, kitchen, and entertainment spaces.
The transformation introduced a brand-new entertainment area, seamlessly blending it with the fire-pit and pool, which became focal points in the beautifully reworked landscaping. Inside, smart adjustments to the layout created a more open and practical flow.
Reconfiguring the living areas also freed up space to expand the existing bedrooms, making them larger, brighter, and more functional.
Design New Stories
The result was a home that felt entirely new—flooded with natural light and designed to enhance the client’s lifestyle. They now describe their space as a “lifestyle home", where thoughtful design brings a perfect balance of comfort, style, and function.
